This notice explains how Opoku Digital Systems Ltd handles information submitted through the Gyidi early-access website.

Information we collect

When you join the Gyidi waitlist, we collect the name, email address, country, and participant type you provide. We may also record limited campaign and page-interaction information, such as referral source and campaign labels, so we can understand how people discover Gyidi.

How we use it

We use this information to manage early access, send relevant product and launch updates, understand demand, improve the Gyidi experience, and protect the service. We do not sell waitlist information.

Service providers and retention

ODS uses hosting, database, and communications providers to operate Gyidi. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your waitlist registration, or withdraw from product updates, by emailing opokudigitalsystems@yahoo.com. We may need to verify the request.

Updates

We may update this notice as Gyidi develops. The effective date above identifies the current version.
